A hip-hop/beat producer for 8 years, Justaman's Mcing had generally taken second place until 2004 when he started gigging around London with live hip-hop/jazz act The Drop. Download.com says...

Justaman's earliest childhood influences included The Doors, Jimi Hendrix and, strangely enough, Guns n Roses. Later came British acts such as Massive Attack & Tricky, as well as the huge wealth of American hip-hop. Shortly after purchasing decks, the beat making began. Growing tired of the commercialised face of hip-hop, Justaman sought to create an experimental edge to a sound including close work with electric bass player, Harry Styles.

The collaboration went under the name "Greed". The raw-sounding limited release E.P. was well received amongst open underground audiences, and received airplay across the country.

Having focused his efforts on beat-making, and with a patchy rhyme book and no previous stage experience, Justaman was forced to learn quickly under The Drop's hectic schedule. 2005 sees ....? |
