Rap4aBuck Terms of
Service
By submitting your music
files to Rap4aBuck:
A. You hereby warrant
and represent that you are possessed of the full right
to enter into this agreement, that you are and shall at
all times remain possessed of all rights necessary for
you to grant the rights hereunder, and that such does
not and shall not infringe upon the rights of any third
party. The delivery of any music files to us under this
agreement constitutes your warranty and representation
that you have obtained all necessary consents, releases
and permissions with respect to any protected materials
embodied therein, including, but not limited to any copyrights,
trademarks, and/or name and likeness rights, necessary
for us to sell copies of such music files, affix labels
to such music files based on information provided to us
by you, and deliver such music files to our customers
in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
B. You hereby indemnify
us and hold us harmless against any and all losses and
damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising
out of or connected with any breach or alleged breach
by you of any of your warranties, representations, or
covenants herein.
C. You agree to
have your music sold on Rap4aBuck.com in exchange for
50% of the sales price.
D. Either you or
Rap4aBuck can terminate this contract in writing 14 days
prior to the date of termination.
E. Artist
pages and sound files selling under $10.00 after 180 days
of being on Rap4aBuck will be deleted.
At the time of deletion the balance owed you will be paid
to your PAYPAL account.
F. As outlined in
C of the Rap4aBuck Terms of Service, Rap4aBuck charges
50% of any sale through the site. Also, a one-time fee of only $10.00 to sell downloads of up to 24 songs is charged. All
artists submitted to the Rap4aBuck site will be reviewed,
and upon approval, will have their material added to
the catalogue within 10 business days.
G. When your account has accumulated $10.00 in
sales your PAYPAL account will be credited by Rap4aBuck
with 48 hours.
